With the 8 wheels of D-535 it will be no problem. After that you can go to the last remaining watchtower in the middle of the map and unlock it. After unlocking it, jump on it and go to the fuel station nearby and fuel up. Jump back into your jeep at start location and go right or West, to the area where there are several locked vehicles. After unlocking it, leave the fuel cistern truck there. Once the second garage is unlocked turn your truck into fuel cistern, fill it up and continue to next watchtower. You will be able to reveal two watchtowers on the way.

As such, it is potentially easier to travel along the beach when completing this lumber mill, using the north-east log kiosk as the source of lumber. The blockpost located on the main tarmac road provides an interesting challenge for completing the northmost lumbermill, as the player cannot use the main road to complete it. The three log kiosks are located near the eastern coast of the island, with a locked garage located at the south-east corner of the map acting as a useful jumping point for some of these kiosks.
